What does BusyBee use to generate help?
To generate responses, BusyBee tools require at least 50 words of total, relevant content to be present between the following items in an activity:
- The activity's Content field
- Learning objectives aligned with the activity
- The activity's Description field
- The html template file in Assessment templates
- Assessment questions in assessments

Passage question used only by:
- Grading Assistant
- Question Assistant (when the Question Assistant use a passage, it is used alone so the passage must have at least 50 words.)
- Rubrics used only by Grading Assistant
Student submissions that support Grading Assistant predictive grading
BusyBee's Grading Assistant can review and suggest scores and feedback for the following types of student work:

Assignments and Custom activities where the activity is configured for students to submit work in one of the following ways:
- Enter their responses in Buzz's Comments box (check the Allow comments)
- Upload a PDF (select File in Allowed submission types and enter PDF as the allowed file type)
- Attach a Google file if Google Workspace is integrated (select Google file in Allowed submission types)
- Essay questions in Assessments.

The following Activity types can be used as content sources for the Question Assistant:

Custom activities that use the following source content:
- Rich text
- Course resources
- External website URLs (e.g., YouTube videos, LTI activities)
- Note: BusyBee does not access content from external websites. In order for the tools to work properly with them, you must add a Description and/or Objectives to the activity.
