Enable BusyBee tools for your domain

To enable BusyBee tools for use in your domain, open the Features screen and toggle the switches next to the tools you want:

  1. Question Assistant allows course authors to ask BusyBee for help in generating questions related to an activity or passage.
    • Becomes automatically available for teachers.
  2. Get Help allows students to ask BusyBee for interactive tutoring help with an activity.
  3. Check My Understanding allows students to check their understanding of an activity by answering questions provided by BusyBee.
  4. Review Key Concepts allows students to ask BusyBee for an activity's key concepts, terms, events, and people, which they can review to strengthen their understanding.
  5. Help My Student allows parents and counselors to ask BusyBee for coaching strategies and hints for an activity to support the student's learning.
  6. Grading Assistant allows BusyBee to suggest personalized feedback and scores for dropbox activities and essay questions in assessments.

Enable BusyBee for individual users

If you want to enable BusyBee tools for individual users only, the Feature switch for the tool must be disabled for the domain.

Note: The Grading Assistant cannot be enabled for individual users.

To enable the tools for an individual:

  1. Open the Users tool and select the user.
  2. Open the More menu and click Edit feature settings.
  1. Check the box(es) next to the Feature(s) you want to enable for the user.
  2. Save.
