We recommend enforcing multi-factor authentication (MFA) wherever you can to help keep your administrator and teacher accounts secure. 

If your domain has no automated integrations that sign in to the API with a username and password, start enforcing MFA for administrators now, and encourage administrators and teachers to set up MFA on their accounts. 

If your integrations use Login, Login2, or Login3, move them to OAuth before username/password API sign-in stops working, so you can enforce MFA for administrators too.

In this release, we also made the following BusyBee updates:

• Updated copying from Get Help so pasted text keeps basic formatting but not the chat's colors or font.
• Updated BusyBee usage reports to count Check My Understanding, Review Key Concepts, and Help My Student separately, each time a student opens one. Counts before this release were all tracked under Check My Understanding.

In this release, we:

• Made general security enhancements.
• Updated Domain settings > Password policies to show limits set by a parent domain (or by the domain’s General policy in the role-specific policies). If a parent limit is set, each of the following field hints say what the limit is and where it comes from:
  • Days to wait before locking out stale accounts
  • Days until passwords expire
  • Days to wait before you can reuse a password
  • Minutes until lockout expires
• Added the Lexend font, designed for improved readability, to the rich text editor's Font Family list.
• Added support for the Lexend and Roboto fonts in Content templates.
• Updated feedback messages for student enrollments moved to a new course in the same domain with the same activities. The previous teacher is now removed from the student’s submission and feedback threads, and the new teacher is added, so they can manage those messages along with the rest of the student’s grade information.

In this release, we also:

• Fixed an issue where the Data Stream Enabled checkbox overlapped nearby text in some languages.
• Fixed an issue where an assessment's File upload question accepted file types the domain prohibits.

In this release, we:

• Added the ability for organization administrators to update the email, mobile phone number, WhatsApp ID and profile of learners enrolled through their organization.
• Fixed an issue where some LTI 1.3 tools, such as StudyForge, showed an error when browsing for content and failed to send quiz scores to the gradebook.
