Safer conversations for every student

BusyBee watches Get Help and BusyBee Chat conversations for concerning content and alerts the right people about it. With this upgrade, it catches more of them, without blocking messages that aren't concerning.

Sharper questions from BusyBee

When BusyBee writes questions, the answer key has to be right. Answer keys are now more accurate in Check My Understanding, where students quiz themselves, and in Question Assistant, where teachers generate questions for their courses.

Smarter grading suggestions

Grading Assistant drafts grades and feedback for teachers to review. Its suggestions are now more accurate, and its feedback stays true to what students actually wrote.

About 3 points

Average gap from the reference grade on a 100-point scale, down from about 5.

The gap between suggested and final grades for photo submissions, cut about in half.

More room to keep learning

Great conversations shouldn't end just as a student is getting somewhere. Get Help and BusyBee Chat conversations now hold 50% more messages, so students can keep working through a tough concept.

As a conversation nears its end, BusyBee lets students know how many messages they have left. When they're out, they can select Reset to pick up in a fresh conversation.

Note: These results come from our internal testing, which ran the same tasks through BusyBee before and after the upgrade and compared the results. For the grading and question results, an AI model acted as the expert reviewer.

And we're just getting started.
