BusyBee Usage Reports give administrators a clear view of how AI tools are being used across their organization. They show who is engaging with BusyBee, which tools are being used, and how usage changes over time, making it easier to monitor adoption, support effective use, and make informed decisions about training and implementation.
To run BusyBee usage reports:
- In the Admin app, open Reports > Other.
- In the Report to run field select one of the BusyBee reports:
- Domain BusyBee Activity: Tells you how many unique users in a domain actually did something with BusyBee. It looks at billing cycles.
- Domain BusyBee Activity In Range: Shows you a total active BusyBee users count and how often each tool was used within a specific date range. It can include subdomains.
- Domain BusyBee usage: Gives you a list of individual users in a domain who were active during a timeframe.
- User BusyBee usage: Shows every single BusyBee activity for one specific user over a period (limited to 1,000 entries).
- Enter report parameters (parameter options vary by report).
- Download the report as a CSV file.
