Agilix is aware that some users may experience sporadic and diverse errors when attempting to fetch resources. Areas of impact include but may not be limited to: Uploading resources, fetching resources associated with student submissions or questions. 

 

We are actively investigating the cause of this behavior and are working with our partners to address. We will update this as more information becomes available.

Update: We have successfully made changes and are seeing those reported behaviors resolve. We are continuing to monitor our system performance and are working to address the cause of the issue to prevent this from occurring in the future. 

Thank you for your understanding and patience while we work to address this issue and ensure the integrity of the system for our users. We also extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused users.

Update 2024-01-30:

Agilix is aware of performance issues today that are related to yesterday's incident (2024-01-29) which may cause some users to experience errors or performance degradation. We are actively working to restore performance and apologize for any negative impact users have experienced.

We have restored performance for major features of Buzz. Some users may continue to experience sporadic errors similar to what was encountered during yesterday's incident (2024-01-29). We are continuing to investigate and restore full performance.

Agilix has successfully restored performance for all Buzz features, and we are actively monitoring the system to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Rest assured we are diligently working to investigate and prevent the root cause of this behavior from happening again in the future. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to restore the system's performance.
