To help keep your Agilix Help Center account and information secure, we are increasing the security requirements for users who sign in with a native Help Center password.
This change is planned for September 18, 2026.
Beginning on this date, Help Center passwords will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must not include the word “Zendesk.”
- Must not resemble an email address.
- Must include at least one number (0–9).
- Must include at least one special character (such as
!,@,#,%, etc.). - Must include uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Must be at least 12 characters long.
- Must pass the Help Center data breach check to help ensure the password has not been exposed in a known data breach.
What do I need to do?
Users who sign in to the Agilix Help Center with a native password will need to update their Help Center account password to meet the new requirements.
We recommend choosing a unique password that you do not use for any other account.
What about SSO?
No action is required for users who sign in to the Agilix Help Center through SSO. This change applies only to native password authentication.
We appreciate your partnership and are committed to taking steps to help protect your accounts and the information available through the Agilix Help Center. These enhanced password requirements are one of the ways we are continuing to strengthen the security of the Help Center for our customers.
