Hey Mary, we just published Password Policy updates (2019-07-11), which includes all of the information for the update. It will go into effect on July 11, 2019.

You can configure a domain to use another domain's SSO, but I am not sure if it is what you are looking for. See How do I enable Single Sign-On (SSO) in Buzz? and look at the Domain option.
