You can update the user external ID (see Importing User Data) and the enrollment external ID (see Importing enrollment data) through a CSV. Both of these entites support "edit."

Hey Bruce, as of now, the choices are displayed at the set width of 250px wide for drag-and-drop. However, you can use HTML (including math expressions) for the choices. See below.
