Upcoming Security Update: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Required for Native Agilix Help Center Sign-Ins

To help protect your account and strengthen the security of the Agilix Help Center, we will begin requiring Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users who sign in natively to the Agilix Help Center starting August 10, 2026.

If you use a username and password to sign in directly to the Agilix Help Center, we encourage you to enable MFA now if you have not already done so. Enabling MFA before the enforcement date will help ensure a smooth sign-in experience once this requirement takes effect.

This change does not affect users who sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO). If your organization uses SSO, your authentication and any MFA requirements are managed by your identity provider, and no changes are required within the Agilix Help Center.

As a general security best practice, we also strongly encourage all users to enable MFA wherever it is available, including when using SSO or other authentication methods. MFA provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a second form of verification in the event your password ever becomes compromised.

Thank you for helping us keep your account and our support services secure!
