Authors can define Badges that are automatically awarded to learners on completing catalog entries with the required mastery.
Dawn Badges are verifiable, portable digital badges using the Open Badges 3.0 / W3C Verifiable Credentials 2.0 standard.
- In Authoring tools, select a Catalog entry.
- Open Mastery.
- Enable Issue a badge upon completion.
- Provide the Badge image, Badge name, Description, and Criteria.
- Save.
Upload the Badge image files using Resource library.
Learners are automatically issued the badge when they complete the catalog entry.
To share it, learners can download the badge as an image, download it as a credential, or copy a link.
