Agilix Learning Suite Release Notes

Administrators manage student accommodations in Buzz, while teachers have read-only access to accommodation details for students in their courses. To facilitate timely communication when accommodations change, Buzz now sends email notifications to teachers when a students accommodations are updated by an administrator.

These notifications are included in a daily digest, so teachers receive no more than one email per day about accommodation changes. Each notification includes a link to the students dashboard, where teachers can review the updated accommodations.

We are introducing a more secure OAuth-based model for Buzz API authentication. This model is designed to support automated API processes while improving long-term security and alignment with stronger account protection options.

This change is not yet required and does not impact existing automated API processes. Over time, OAuth-based authentication will become the recommended path for integrations and other automated API usage.

We are looking for customers to help test the migration experience before broader rollout. Participating customers will help validate the workflow and documentation, and our team will work directly with them to support a successful migration.

In this release, we also:

• Fixed an issue in the Add course screen where, if you had course metadata defined, sorting and pagination didn't work correctly and an extra vertical scrollbar would appear.
• Fixed an issue where, when you selected a domain in the Library, the domain's courses weren't displayed. 
• Fixed an issue with custom Metadata fields in the Activity editor > Settings screen where, when a user entered or selected values in these fields, the values were saved correctly but did not appear when the teacher returned to the settings screen.
• Fixed a style issue where the Has BusyBee suggestions icon was cut off in the Grade editor. 
• Fixed an issue where the highlighter and answer eliminator tools would not work Assessment templates. 
• Fixed an issue where, when importing an IMS Common Cartridge with an IMS Discussion Topic (IMSDT) into Buzz, the discussion body text was not imported correctly.
