Materials are Attachments or Websites that you make available to learners. You can store them in the catalog entry's Materials for learners to review or attach them to specific Instructions.
In the Editor's Materials screen, you can add and manage this content.
- Click Add material in the toolbar.
- In Attach to, select the Instruction you want to attach the material to or attach it to the entire catalog entry to make it available in Materials for learners.
- Select Attachment or Website.
- Provide:
- A Title that learners will see.
- A Description to help learners know what the Material offers.
- An Attachment from your Resource library or a URL.
- Add the attachment or website.
- Click Save in the toolbar.
If you attached the content to the catalog entry, learners access it from Materials. If you attached it to an Instruction, it appears at the bottom of that activity as shown here.
- To add more content to the same Instruction or entry you selected in Attach to, click Add material under the attached item.
- To add content elsewhere, click Add material in the toolbar.
