Authors can copy Sections and Instructions and from any catalog entries in the same Dawn site.
Note: You cannot copy Sections and Instructions to catalog entries in another Dawn site, but you can copy entire entries to other sites you manage.
To copy Sections:
- Select the Sections header.
- Click Import.
- Select the Source catalog entry and the desired Section.
- Click Import section.
To copy Instructions:
- Select the Section you want to copy the Instruction into.
- Click Import and choose Import instruction from another catalog entry.
- Select the Source catalog entry and the desired Instruction.
- Click Import instruction.
