Agilix is aware that some users may encounter various errors and unexpected behaviors when interacting with Buzz and using the API. 

The resulting behavior was caused due to an encountered issue with system scalability.
The cause of the errors occurred on 11/14/23 at 9:42 AM Mountain Time and lasted to 10 AM Mountain Time. 


We have made changes to address the cause and are seeing a continued reduction in the number of
users encountering this reported behavior. It may still be possible for a smaller number of users to encounter errors while the system corrects and scales appropriately. We expect normal operations to resume for all users soon and recommend that if users encounter errors that they wait a little longer before trying again and reach out to their support representatives if issues remain. 

We sincerely apologize for the negative impact users may have encountered and we will explore possible methods to prevent this from occurring.
