Your Dawn courses and other catalog entries are designed to be easily delivered in multiple languages.
In addition to the catalog entry translation languages already supported in Dawn, you can add Custom languages.
To add a Custom language:
- Open Administration tools > Site management and select Custom languages.
- Click Add language.
- Enter:
- The Language name as you want it to appear in your Dawn site (most likely in the Default language you choose).
- The Language name (in the target language), so that it appears correctly when the language is chosen.
- The 2 or 3 character language ISO code (click See full list of codes to find).
- Save language.
The language now appears in your Custom languages list.
You can select it in a catalog entry's Authoring tools > Settings> Available languages and when translating video scripts and other content.
