Buzz Release Notes
A round-up of all improvements and changes to the Buzz platform, version 2026.0924.183819 available on September 24, 2026.
BusyBee updates
In this release, we also made the following BusyBee updates:
- Improved BusyBee Chat Activity and Get Help behavior.
- Improved text wrapping in the Get Help message field.
Updated BusyBee Study tools side panel to allow users to adjust the width.
Buzz updates
In this release, we:
- Improved placement of table and hyperlink tool popups in the rich text editor, so they don't appear over the content being edited.
- Made general security updates.
- Improved internal accessibility testing.
Buzz fixes
In this release, we also:
- Fixed an issue where a margin could appear around custom login pages on the sign-in screen.
- Fixed an issue where a fragment of internal text could be inadvertently displayed inside a Get Help conversation.
- Fixed an issue that could cause SCORM package imports to fail.

Dawn Release Notes
A round-up of all improvements and changes to the Dawn platform version 2026.0922.210733, available on September 24, 2026.
Dawn updates
In this release, we:
- Added a warning when changing the ID of a pre-defined choice on a custom user attributes because answers users have already given may no longer match it.
- Fixed issues with custom user attributes: an answer could be missing from the learner and enrollment lists, and a learner's profile could show the wrong answer and replace the original when saved.
- Fixed an issue where a dropdown option shown as unavailable could still be selected.
- Improved general security.
