Agilix Learning Suite Release Notes

We have moved the Allow students to use BusyBee tools checkbox to a new AI help and expectations card in the Activity editor > Activity tab. 

Setting up BusyBee tools is now part of building the activity content and interactions, not a separate settings step. The new card keeps those choices together and leaves room for more BusyBee options as we add them.

In this release, we also made the following BusyBee updates:

• Updated Get Help  to write math with symbols that display in chat and copy cleanly into a submission.
• Improved Get Help support in assessments.
• Fixed an issue where the BusyBee Grading Assistant sometimes referenced an example from its own instructions in feedback.

In this release, we:

• Made general security enhancements.
• Improved OneRoster grade passback so grades reach your SIS more reliably.
• Made color contrast accessibility improvements.
• Improved Inbox accessibility by keeping text readable when you hover over the selected conversation.
• Improved the print preview dialog for Assessments templates so it fills the dialog screen and is easier to read.
• Improved printing for Assessments templates so each question stays together on one page instead of splitting across page breaks.
• Updated messages where attachments can be added to show the attachments inside the message bubble with the message text.
• Updated content-template activities to support replacement variables.
• Updated Add observation on a user's Observed Enrollments tab so admins pick a user and then one of their enrollments, instead of typing an enrollment ID.

In this release, we also:

• Fixed an issue in Standards-based grading where an assessment set to keep the highest attempt took its standard scores from the latest attempt, so a lower retake could lower proficiency. Standard scores now come from the same attempt as the score, or are averaged when the rule is Average. Existing grades update the next time they're scored.
• Fixed Export Scores and report CSV downloads for administrators using Open Domain whose own account is in a parent domain. Reports on the Gradebook, Students, Mastery, User activity and Test Analyst tabs now download as expected.
• Fixed an issue where the table toolbar in the rich text editor covered the text while typing in a table cell.
• Fixed an issue where teachers couldn't grade group projects on Schema 4 courses. Teachers can now grade group work in the grade editor, Needs Grading, the Activity grader and the Gradebook, and send feedback messages to the group.
• Fixed an issue where Publish Anywhere scores didn't reach the LMS after the grade column for an activity was deleted.
• Fixed an issue where the question editor's cards overlapped after changing a Passage question to another type.

In this release, we:

• Added a discount on the next catalog entry for a set number of days after a learner completes its prerequisites, offered when they finish and shown on the catalog entry page, Checkout and My enrollments.
• Improved Orange Money checkout: learners are reminded to have their phone ready to approve the payment, and are told when an earlier Orange Money payment wasn't completed.
• Fixed an issue where paying with a saved card could charge the learner without completing their enrollment.
