Agilix Learning Suite Release Notes

Improved the Draw tool so text boxes, shapes, and drawings stay editable when you reopen an image you already saved, until the browser page is refreshed. Students can now reopen their work and change just the parts they need. Before, saving merged everything into the image, so earlier work couldn't be selected or edited.

The Grading Assistant now includes a "BusyBee couldn't grade this" status for submissions the tool reviewed but couldn't suggest a grade for. Teachers see the status and BusyBee's reason in the Grade editor, and a red icon in the course Gradebook, Activity Grader, and Needs grading list. The status clears when the teacher saves a grade.

In this release, we:

• Updated the message students see when a teacher marks a one-attempt assessment Completed before they submit it, so it explains how to get a retry. 
• Added a prompt to the Draw tool that asks before discarding unsaved changes when you press Escape.
• Updated activities opened from Course links to display their activity theme.

In this release, we also:

• Fixed an issue where the course list for adding a subscription to a user showed courses from other domains, even when All Domains was unchecked.
• Fixed an issue where adding an activity in the Teacher app's Syllabus editor, in a domain opened with the Open domain tool, showed an "Error saving add activity settings" message even though the activity was added.
• Fixed an issue where drag-and-drop Matching questions ignored the Choices orientation setting (Left or Right) when the image or text was wider than the activity card.
• Fixed an issue in the Draw tool where clicking into a text box could make the page jump.
• Fixed an issue in the Draw tool where starting a line, shape, or crop on top of an existing object moved that object instead of drawing.
• Fixed spacing in the Invite students dialog (People > Tools) where some words ran together, making the registration code hard to read.
• Fixed an issue where a OneRoster sync didn't remove courses, enrollments, or accounts from a school once its last class, enrollment, or user left the roster, so they stayed active. The first sync after this release may withdraw or deactivate records that should have been removed.
• Fixed an issue where questions attached to a passage didn't use the passage's variables in their answer keys and feedback. Attempts already submitted keep their scores.

Additions, Removals, or Changes:

• Updated Proxy and Unproxy so they return AccessDenied when called by an OAuth 2.0 Application Identity account. Integrations should act with their own identity.
• Allow BusyBee to decline to grade a submission and say why, using the new AINoSuggestedGrade grade status.

Fixes:

• Fixed slow loading in domains opened with Open domain when checking access to many courses. 
• Fixed an issue where the Needs Grading page could hang or take minutes to load for sections with many ungraded submissions.

In version 2026.1020.161534, we:

• Added a date of birth to user profiles, entered with a calendar. Admins choose whether it is not collected, optional or required, and only an administrator can change it once saved.
• Added a minimum age to catalog entries. Learners who are under the age, or have no date of birth on file, are stopped before they pay, and admins adding enrollments can enter a missing date of birth or see why a learner was skipped.

In version 2026.1022.163157, we:

• Added automatic multi-course discounts at checkout, with a suggestion for the next catalog entry to buy.
• Added learner age to the learners page and the Learner report, with filtering and sorting by age.
• Added the option to disable the gallery on every project. Disabled galleries no longer appear in the course gallery.
• Improved translations across all supported languages.
• Fixed an issue where the learners page offered filters and sorts the Learner report could not apply.
• Fixed an issue where creating or copying a catalog entry could finish before its content was fully copied.
