Agilix Learning Suite Release Notes

In this release, we:

• Updated the Open domain and QuickNav pickers in the admin app to show a domain's userspace and ID along with its name in search results to make it easier to distinguish domains with duplicate or similar names.

• Improved the User Details page so that when you set a user to Inactive and they still have active enrollments. Buzz asks whether to keep the enrollments active or make the enrollments inactive too.

• Added a confirmation dialog for graders when they send a message to a student who has an automatically assigned Minimum activity score and is still within the grace period. Graders can choose to send only the message or submit and accept the score, which prevents further submissions.

• Improved messaging for admins about restricted features and actions when signed into another domain using Open domain.
• Updated User settings to hide the Proxy and Open domain tools when signed into another domain.
• Updated Domain settings in a domain opened with the Open domain tool to hide the Save and Show text editor buttons because they are disallowed.
• Added a message to Domain settings when viewed for a domain opened with the Open domain  tool to display a message explaining that the settings cannot be changed.
• Improved security for custom login pages.

In this release, we also:

• Fixed an issue where printing an assessment template could cut off part of the assessment.
• Fixed an issue where an error appeared when adding a course resource file as companion material to an activity that was linked from another course.
• Fixed an issue where the Submit button in an activity could lock for students one hour earlier or later than the late date shown when an activity's grace period, set in whole days, crossed a daylight saving time change.
• Fixed an issue where grades passed back through LTI could overwrite a student's original submission date with the date it was graded on.

In this release, we:

• Added Google Drive submissions for projects. Learners connect their own Google Drive and submit Drive files, coaches open and comment on them from the review page.
• Added project templates for Google Drive. Authors choose Word, Excel or PowerPoint files from the course's resources, and with one click each learner gets their own Google Docs, Sheets and Slides copies in a folder in their Drive.
• Added automatic notifications that let learners know when they have new messages in My feed, so coaches no longer need to choose to send a text or email.
• Added quick links and My coach feed to the feed panel, where learners can filter coach conversations by course and ask a question in the course they choose, and improved the panel header so more of the feed fits on screen.
• Improved the project editor, which now groups a project's settings into Project instructions and Submission sections.
• Fixed issues with removing choices from multi-select fields, dropdown lists opening below their field, and reverting changes in the editor.
• Added learning facilitators to groups. A facilitator can see the progress, submissions, feedback and intervention reasons of their group's learners, message them and post in their feeds, but cannot review work or change progress.
• Fixed an issue where videos could keep loading and never play on iPads, and a question at the end of a video could fail to appear.
• Fixed an issue where some breadcrumb links on the coaching learner pages, and on course progress pages opened in preview, went to the wrong page.
