Buzz Release Notes
A round-up of all improvements and changes to the Buzz platform version 3.0.484, available on November 13, 2025.
Buzz updates
In this release, we:
- Improved accessibility by updating Buzz to honor reduced motion settings in a user's operating system.
- Added a notification that warns users when their session is about to timeout due to inactivity and allows them to choose to continue working. Users are given three minutes to choose to continue the session. Idle timeout is configured in Domain settings.
Buzz fixes
In this release, we also:
- Resolved an issue where an Assessment template would appear blank when trying to preview it in the Library.
- Fixed an issue where the Jump to bar in an activity could appear twice in Publish Anywhere.
- Fixed an issue in the Gradebook footer where the row labels were not appearing.
- Fixed an issue where Buzz wasn't accepting full Hostname paths for LTI 1.1 integrations.
