The text field for messaging in BusyBee Chats now floats at the bottom of the screen, making it easier to find and always available while chatting! Users no longer need to scroll to reply  even when reviewing instructions or content at the top of the activity.

We’ve streamlined the teacher preview experience in BusyBee Chats to make reviewing student activity simpler and more efficient!

Enhancements include:

• One consolidated screen: All teacher actions now happen in a single view--no more switching between the Evaluations and Chats tabs. 
• Direct preview access: When opening the chat preview, teachers go straight into their own test chat.

• Improved student selector: The student picker now opens a sortable dialog, showing student names, profile pictures, and the date of their last message. Teachers can sort by Name or Last message to quickly see who has chats to review.

• New “Performance” button: The evaluation summary of all student performance is now available in a dialog that can be opened anytime without leaving the chat screen.

In this release, we:

• Added two replacement variables for improved personalization opportunities:
  • $USEREMAIL$ is replaced with the current user's email.
  • $ENROLLMENTUSEREMAIL$ is replaced with the email of the current enrollment user.

In this release, we also:

• Fixed a styling issue in the Add activity screen where folders using thumbnail images could show overlapping lines.
• Fixed an issue where, at the point of adding a Rich-text activity to a syllabus, the Insert link tool didn't display the Course activity and Course resource link options. 
• Fixed an issue in the Group set editor where clicking the Delete button to remove a group from a group set would instead remove the subsequent group entry from the list.
• Resolved an issue with auto-navigation to the next student after submitting a grade in the Activity grader. 
• Resolved an issue where the Add students to Clipboard button was missing for courses without student groups defined.
