Is there any way for a Buzz Administrator to see how much data a course is using? Without having to be an author in the course? Is there a way for an author to see how much data a course is utilizing before they get the warning that they are near the data limit?

What constitutes as an 'item'? An activity e.g. rich text activity, an image or multimedia within an activity?

If a course contains a large number of items within it, it will take using the API to see the exact number of items within it.

An item constitutes as an activity type that is created within the course syllabus. For example, an assessment or assignment are items within a course.
