We have some elementary school courses that are set to range and the teacher has set due dates. However, each day, she is finding that the course resets itself to continuous each morning and she has to keep reassigning due dates. Can someone help us understand why this is happening?
If you navigate to the course's History page in Buzz for one where this is occurring, do you see from the list of course changes a user account making that course type change to use for your investigation into why that account is changing the course type?
If you have access to the Admin App in Buzz, you would select a course from the Courses list, then select the "History" button from the toolbar.
If you don't have access to that page, please provide a course ID of a course where it is changing it's type and I can assist with identifying why the change is occurring.
That account belongs to School Pathways. It is likely an automation they are performing. You will need to reach out to them to address this behavior that is occurring.

I don't know how to find the history for an entire course (only individual activities). Can you show me how to find that?

You can see that one of our employees updated it and then an unknown ID number changed it.
