The Courses tool default screen displays courses in the domain and allows you to:

1. Search for courses in the domain (check the box to limit your search results to Active courses only).
2. Use the New [plus sign] button to Create courses.
3. Use the vertical menu in the toolbar to Import, Bulk update, Delete, and/or Restore courses. To use Bulk update and Delete, first check the boxes next to the courses you want impacted.
4. Click a Course ID to access the course overview screens or to access the course.

When you've selected a course from the Courses tool, you

1. Details to review and edit course information.
2. Enrollments to create, delete, import, search, update, and edit a course's enrollments.
3. Subscribers to add, remove, search, and edit course subscribers.  
4. History to review changes made to courses.

The course Details screen lets you edit a course's title, term (or school year if your domain has Grading Periods), external ID, whether you want it to be Public, and schedule type (date range or continuous). Click the Home icon next to the Domain ID to go to the domain. Save you changes.

History allow admins to review changes made to courses.

1. Compare the old and new values.
2. Click Changes to see changed settings.
3. Click Details to see current settings.

Buzz allows you to update certain course components in bulk. There are two types of Bulk updates:

• Update Field values allows you to directly change select fields in multiple courses at once.
• Apply Template settings allows you to create a template course that has the settings you want and apply them to multiple courses at once.
