I think I had a young lady try to access her Google drive from within her Buzz account, but was logged into her older sister's Google account by mistake.
Now whenever we try to click on the Google drive button in her Buzz account, we get an error 401 unauthorized error.
Any help in steps to resolve this issue would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeremy

New Buzz--Issue with Google docs for individual student

I currently am having a similar issue with Buzz. I have many students that are not able to access Google documents that I will link to an assignment. Additionally, when I try to retrieve their work for grading, I get the same error message.
Hilarie Stephens,
Without being able to navigate to that specific example it will be difficult to say the cause. Since it looks to be a Google Drive file, what is likely occurring is that Google is not allowing their content to render within an iframe on an external site like Buzz.
