Buzz Release Notes
A round-up of all improvements and changes to the Buzz platform, version 3.0.523 available on July 9, 2026.
BusyBee updates
In this release, we also made the following BusyBee updates:
- Fixed an issue in BusyBee Chat Activities where the Dispute button did not appear in some cases if the activity had previously been blocked and unblocked.
- Fixed an issue in BusyBee Chat Activities where group-specific character assignments were not always reflected correctly in teacher preview. When previewing group-specific character assignments, teachers must reset their chat.

Buzz fixes
In this release, we also:
- Fixed an issue where the rich text editor's audio and video recording tools weren't recording.
- Fixed an issue where the rich text editor's Draw tool menu could open in the wrong position.
- Fixed an issue where grid lines were missing for some activities when printing or saving a printer-friendly version of various grades screens.
- Fixed an issue in the Editor > Weights tab where selecting a grading category could show a "No Rows to Show" message even though activities existed.
- Fixed an issue in rubric editors where the image upload indicator could continue to display after an image was pasted.
- Updated the Editor > Scheduling tab to wrap activity icons on the calendar, so activities are not cut off when more than three share the same due date.
- Fixed an issue where copying a Choice folder from My Library into a course would copy the folder but not its choice activities.
