Dawn tracks learner progress and identifies those that may need help.
How does Dawn determine that a learner needs intervention?
A learner is considered needing intervention if the following three conditions are true:
- The enrollment is not certified and there has been no activity on the enrollment for 60 days.
- A coach has not left any direct feedback or review for the learner in the past two days.
- Any of the following are true:
- The enrollment was created over a week ago and there has been no Mastery progress.
- The enrollment was created over two weeks ago and the Mastery progress is below 60%.
- The enrollment has had no activity for two weeks and the Mastery progress is below 100%.
To review learners who need intervention, open Enrollments from you Coaching dashboard and click Filter.
Click the Learners needing intervention toggle and review the learners' progress.
