How can coaches see if learners need intervention?

Dawn tracks learner progress and identifies those that may need help.  

To review learners who need intervention:

  1. Open the Coaching tools.
  2. Click Enrollments.
  1. Select the desired Catalog entry to see its Enrollments screen.
  2. Check the Learners needing intervention box.
  3. Click View feed to see a learner's interactions and send them messages.
  4. Scroll to review important learner progress information:
  5. Click on a learner to see more their Enrollment details.

How does Dawn determine that a learner needs intervention?

A learner is considered needing intervention if the following three conditions are true:

  1. The enrollment is not certified and there has been no activity on the enrollment for 60 days.
  2. A coach has not left any direct feedback or review for the learner in the past two days.
  3. Any of the following are true:
    • The enrollment was created over a week ago and there has been no Mastery progress.
    • The enrollment was created over two weeks ago and the Mastery progress is below 60%.
    • The enrollment has had no activity for two weeks and the Mastery progress is below 100%.
