Dawn tracks learner progress and identifies those that may need help.
To review learners who need intervention:
- Open the Coaching tools.
- Click Enrollments.
- Select the desired Catalog entry to see its Enrollments screen.
- Check the Learners needing intervention box.
- Click View feed to see a learner's interactions and send them messages.
- Scroll to review important learner progress information:
- Status.
- Percentage earned toward Mastery.
- Mastery award earned.
- Time spent (Effort).
- Hours of Video watched.
- Last studied date.
- Longest streak in days.
- Length of each learner's Last streak in days.
- Click on a learner to see more their Enrollment details.
How does Dawn determine that a learner needs intervention?
A learner is considered needing intervention if the following three conditions are true:
- The enrollment is not certified and there has been no activity on the enrollment for 60 days.
- A coach has not left any direct feedback or review for the learner in the past two days.
- Any of the following are true:
- The enrollment was created over a week ago and there has been no Mastery progress.
- The enrollment was created over two weeks ago and the Mastery progress is below 60%.
- The enrollment has had no activity for two weeks and the Mastery progress is below 100%.
