How do I review notes on student Accommodations?

Buzz lets administrators easily record Accommodations and other information that inform Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and compliance with 504, NCAA, ELL, etc.

Teachers have read-only access to their students' Accommodations, and can access them from the People tool or Gradebook.

Review Accommodation options in Buzz

People tool

When the column is made visible in the People tool, an Accommodations (flag) icon appears next to students with any Accommodations or Individual Education Program (IEP)  notes recorded. Click the flags to view them.

Gradebook

When the column is made visible in the Gradebook, an Accommodations (flag) icon appears next to students with any Accommodations or Individual Education Program (IEP)  notes recorded. Click the flags to view them.

Student Dashboard

You can also find accommodations by opening the Student grades > Dashboard screen and clicking View Accommodations under the student's name.
