I am the administrator and I have admin access, but in the past, we had to submit a tech ticket to have a username changed. If I have access, it is possible I just do not know how to do that.

I am the domain administrator for Rogers Virtual Learning. I have somehow locked myself out and when I log I the message I get is user has been deactivated.How do I contact technical support?
