I am the domain administrator for Rogers Virtual Learning. I have somehow locked myself out and when I log I the message I get is user has been deactivated. How do I contact technical support?
I am sorry to hear that. Not to worry! I was able to locate a user ID of 166809061 that matches your persona in that domain and is currently inactive. Looking at the user History page in Buzz it appears that account deactivated it's own user account. In case this didn't occur by you, I have gone ahead and forced a reset password on that user account and made the account active again. When you attempt to authenticate with your account, Buzz should prompt you to create a new password for the account that you will use from now on to authenticate. I would recommend it be a different password than the one you used previously.
