Do you have access to an administrator within your organization who can upload a CSV file to change it for the user? Since this is a public site I am hesitant to have a username provided here because it is used as part of their credentials.
I am the administrator and I have admin access, but in the past, we had to submit a tech ticket to have a username changed. If I have access, it is possible I just do not know how to do that.
If you have access to change their username, you may do so through an uploaded CSV file to Buzz. In my previous message there is hyperlink for "CSV" which goes through the process of editing a CSV file. Another option would be as you have indicated occurred before, is to submit a ticket to Agilix Support with the user ID and the new username that it should be. We can then make that change for you.
