I have a student who on their course says that it expired on May 20th, But on my teacher app it says it goes until May 31st. How do I fix it so that she can keep working in the class. it shouldn't expire until May 31st.
From your description, and from my understanding without enrollment examples to investigate, it appears the teacher and student enrollments have different end dates. If that is the case, an administrator from the school may need to extend the student's enrollment enddate to May 31st.
