Hi, I am a teacher working through submissions. Busybee is recognizing some student's submissions, but for half or more it is reading the submission as though it is blank. The work is definitely there, I even went to the version history to see if the student submitted it blank and then finished it later, but this is not the case. Any suggestions?

In order for me to investigate further, may I please be provided with an example student enrollment ID and activity ID where this is occurring?
