Since the option to Submit a request to Agilix Support is only available to authorized support contacts, please note that if that option is not visible, I recommend contacting the provider or administrator of your organization, who can escalate it through the authorized support contact.

How do I find out who the administrator of our organization is? We have went through some staffing changes over the last few years.
