I think it would be nice if there were a phone number to be able to contact BUZZ when I have an in-depth issue or question that is not transferred well through a discussion board.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback! 

Phone support is only available to certain paid support packages and occurs with the school organization's authorized support agents. Currently your organization is not utilizing a support package that comes with phone support. However, I have reached out to your organization's authorized support agent informing them that you may have questions that need to be addressed. They can create a ticket to Agilix support if it needs to be addressed outside of this Help Center and if the topic is time sensitive.  

If you don't hear from them soon, I would recommend reaching out to your school's organization that handles support topics to address it.
