My school uses GoGuardian to monitor student activity and they have recently had to start forcing iframe content to be approved by our whitelist filters. This normally isn't an issue but I can not get the url's for Buzz's embedded content to unblock it. Can I get the urls for the embedded content so my students can access it?
I have a student on a whitelist scene using GoGuardian and when they attempt to complete a worksheet zone assignment the embedded iframe link is being blocked so the student can not see it or any other embedded links like rubrics, etc. To repeat this you can view my students or any others on a similar GoGuardian scene.
Since I am not familiar with the internal functionality of GoGuardian, and would like to see how it is interacting with Buzz and how the behavior is being caused, I will need the following to investigate:
May I please be provided with a course ID and activity ID that will allow me to locate this in Buzz to experience and investigate?
If you are not comfortable with sharing that information on a public site, I recommend escalating this topic to your organization's support representatives so that they can submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
