Buzz & touch screen compatibility/scrolling issue

Hi all! We're having problems with Buzz and our curriculum working within the app. For Kindergarten math course, the app asks the student to trace #. For example, the #1. But, when you go to trace it on the screen, it recognizes it like you're trying to scroll the whole page. (it's like it's communicating with the webpage scroll bar on right, not the activity) So, the page scrolls down and it just shifts the screen and the number can't be traced. Same thing on any tracing activity whether it's a number or letter. Is just moves the screen position. Has anyone had this problem? I don't think this should be a problem as it's directly asking the student to trace - which would be using finger, not keyboard. Also, at a K level, students aren't great at using a keyboard, so it should be expected that a touch screen is being used. I've connected with the school and they are not sure if it's possible, but surely other Kindergartners are having the same problem. I have tried from multiple devices. A Windows 10 laptop using firefox, as well as a Chromebook. Neither work. I worked in IT for 2 years so I have a bit of knowledge and have tried what I can think of. Is there something on the back end the school or Agilix needs to fix for the student? Any help appreciated! Thanks!

Hello April! I am sorry you have encountered this behavior.

We do have support agents that have touchscreens and are willing to help troubleshoot this behavior. Would you be willing to have your authorized point of contact submit a ticket to Agilix Support with steps (maybe a video if easier) to see what is causing the behavior and if there is something we can do to help prevent additional frustrations?
