Were those activities submitted by the student prior to their enrollment changing to a suspended state and are in need of grading? Can the teacher grade the items and trigger them to roll off the to-do list?
They were submitted prior to the enrollment changing. I'm sure having the teacher grade them would remove them from the list. However, we don't want the teacher to have to waste her time grading them in case the enrollment never gets reinstated. We also don't want to put false grades in, just to get rid of them. I was just hoping there was a way to tell this report not to list assignments for suspended enrollments. If that's not possible, we'll just have to work around it. Thank you!
I am not sure what the scenario is on why the items can't be scored or shouldn't be. In general the system is designed so if a student submits an activity that requires teacher grading it will be placed in the teacher's to-do list.
It sounds like from the timing on what happened those items should have been graded before the student's enrollment status was changed. My concern is it's possible you may get a complaint from the student about ungraded work they submitted prior to their enrollment changing to suspended.
One alternative option to providing a score on the items is that the grader could excuse the student from the activities so it doesn't negatively impact their current grade versus supplying an actual value to the submission. Should the student need access to the course again those same activities may be unexcused for the student to work on or be graded with a value.

Marking it excused will work perfectly for this situation. I appreciate your input!
