The interactive map with image title = Lake Texcoco does not appear/function on iPad in Safari. It does appear/function in Chrome browser.
We reported to Bright Thinker directly and received response that they have an open incident with Agilix.
Is there any update?
I currently see no tickets pending from Bright Thinker.
We did have similar behavior reported in March 2021 from Bright Thinker which was due to some styles that were not supported by the Safari browser. It does sound similar to being a browser issue here in that it works in one but not the other.
Thanks for this information, Brian. Many districts have reported that they are not able to use Chrome browser on their iPads per their IT policies - not sure why - but this is causing issues for those districts, in particular. I will reach back out to Bright Thinker and suggest that they re-submit their inquiry, in case there is something more to it from their end.
