I have a teacher who is receiving duplicated submissions in her "needs grading" list. I found that on her course list, the course shows up twice. However, when I check the course's enrollments in the admin level, she is only shown to be enrolled once in the course. How can I remove the the duplicated course for her?
It sounds like the teacher is enrolled in the same course more than once. Check their user enrollments page to confirm. From that page, an admin may delete a duplicate enrollment. If additional assistance is needed please escalate this issue to your organization's authorized support contact so they may submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
