We are getting this error ID when teachers try to log in: Error ID 03fa3ab2b3b54633b4c6508d438cf350. Teachers should be able to log in using a single sign on, but we get an error message when we try.
Unfortunately there isn't enough information there to see what may be occurring or where this occurring. Is there a screenshot of the error? We will need reproduction steps to experience this behavior. Additionally you may reach out to your organization's authorized support contact to submit a ticket to Agilix Support should this behavior need to be addressed sooner.
