Hey Kevin! Buzz does allow users to remove students and quick lists from the Clipboard. See attached screenshot. You'll need to expand the quick lists menu to see the "remove" button.
A user will need to remove the Quick List to remove students from it. There isn't a way to remove students individually from the Quick List. The same is true for adding additional students to an already authored Quick List.

Remove selected only removes the student from the clipboard. How do I remove 1 student from a quick group?
