New user locked out

I am new and could not login with the user and password given. I selected forgot password to reset which I did but now there is a message that says I am locked out. What do I do?

Hello Cindy!

I am sorry this occurred to you. You may need to wait some time to be unlocked or reach out to your education organization to have your account unlocked. The same organization can submit a reset password email to your email address on file and address if your credentials are setup correctly.
