Unable to keep session alive

Can you share with me what may cause a student to receive the message "Unable to keep session alive"? It forces the student to re-login, and then their progress is reset back to 0%. Thank you!

Hello Chris:

Once 15+ minutes have passed with the user not having interaction with Buzz nor an internet connection, they will see a "Unable to keep session alive" message and be logged out. It's possible if the domain is using an SSO that there could be an issue with how long their provider's idle timeout is. The Buzz domain settings allows for an administrator to define a longer idle timeout period when needed which may be a good thing in this case.
