I have several students who have received the following error message: Unable to get submission state. I have had them refresh and nothing has changed. Just wondering if anyone knows a fix to it
Please have your organization submit a ticket to Agilix Support as we are interested in reviewing this behavior and maybe avoid possible delays in addressing this request.
The option to do so is only available to authorized support contacts. The process of submitting a ticket to Agilix Support is outlined in this document: Welcome to the Agilix Help Center!
If the option is not available to your user you may need to reach out to your school district for escalation to an authorized contact agent that can submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
