I am trying to allow our teachers to self enroll their students using a code. They apparently do not have the correct permissions. What do I need to change in the admin section?

In the past you could go to the people section and generate an invite code for students to self enroll. I am not seeing that anymore, did it get moved somewhere else or just deleted? Please help
