I am the admin for our school, where do I do that at?
The option to do so is only available to authorized support contacts. The process of submitting a ticket to Agilix Support is outlined in this document: Welcome to the Agilix Help Center!
If the option is not available to your user you may need to reach out to your school district for escalation to an authorized contact agent that can submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
