In the notes for today's performance incident, you mention, "Beginning last night (2020-02-12), some resources gradually began to return errors that they could not be found. We have identified the root cause of the issue and are actively working on fixing the issues so that all of these resources get returned properly." I am curious if the the root case of this issue is related to an "Unable to Navigate" error that several teachers have begun reporting recently. If not, I will continue to gather documentation from teachers and submit a separate tech support ticket.

It very well could be related. If you expand the details for the "Unable to Navigate" error, it should indicate if it could not find a resource. If it does, then it is most likely related.

I will ask my teachers to look for the details.

How long has the root cause been present? Teachers started reporting the Unable to Navigate error about a week ago.

The "Unable to Navigate" error related to resources has only be happening for some users since late last night. If you have teachers experiencing this issue from a week ago, it should be unrelated. You may want to wait until we have all of our resource issues resolved to verify that your users are still experiencing the problems and then report it to Agilix Support if they are.
