I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this already, but I'm experiencing issues with the course card re-ordering. It works perfectly for the list view on the dashboard, but in the tile view the way in which you order your courses does not reflect accurately on where the tiles are placed. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hey Noelle Thomas, I have not heard of this problem nor am experiencing it myself. If you are still experiencing it, I would recommend having your institution open a support ticket with us so that we can exchange details and further investigate the cause of your issue.
If your account has access to submit tickets to Agilix Support, you may select the blue button at the bottom right hand side of the Agilix Help Center (highlighted in red below). If you don't see that button, then you will need to reach out to your organization's authorized point of contact to have them submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
