500 Error Message when Accessing Course

We recently setup our client as a subscriber to our domain. When trying to access the course, the client is seeing an error message of 500 with the vague message of "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request." We set the subscription up about two weeks ago. Please let me know what other information you need to support this error. Thank you.

Hello Blane: 

A 500 error is a non specific error that can be a result of a multitude of possible causes. We would need reproduction steps to be able to further troubleshoot this behavior. If needed, you are welcomed to have your organization submit a ticket to Agilix Support if this a time sensitive issue.
